Western High School Alumnae Association's first president, Henrietta Szold, was enshrined in the National
Women's Hall of fame on Sunday, October 7, 2007, reported in the Baltimore Sun (10/08/07
City Native Wins National Honor). She was one of nine inductees honored post-humously.
The Women's Hall of Fame, established in 1969, acclaims women who made valuable contributions to society, especially to the freedom of women. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
Robin “Robbie” Ayele is the author of Chocolate City Chronicles. She divides her time between Hebron, Maryland and Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Her recent work is the result of a lifelong passion for crime-solving mystery and suspense fiction. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Temple University and has been a long time fan of James Patterson and Walter Mosley. She is currently working on a sequel to BROKEN.
