To order your plate you must go through the
Alumnae Association to order your tags.


  1. Complete an appplication. to request an application
    contact Aimee Ayers at president@whsaainc.org
  2. Pay a fee of $25 for members - $45 for non-members

(NOTE: You CANNOT go directly to MVA.)

 

Payments may be made by using cash, check, money order or PayPal.
